Innovation:  Innovation originate from Latin word Innovare (verb). Innovation describes the action or process of Innovating. Innovate is make changes in something established, especially by introducing new methods, ideas, or products. Considering this etymology, technically “innovation” is defined simply as “introducing something new” with no qualifiers for how good or ground breaking this new change need to be, as long as it stays better than what was there before. That’s tricky isn’t it? There is a long list of definition one can dig out just by simply searching word “Innovation” whole list of various definitions of innovation pops up. Without going in to long list of how various people describe Innovation and how Innovation means different things to different people. Even though Innovation mean different to different people it carry two essence trait or value, being something new (original or improved) and it create value. Most apt definition comes from an article written by Michael E. RaynorHe describes, Innovation as, “An innovation is any combination of activities or technologies that breaks existing performance tradeoffs in the attainment of an outcome, in a manner that expands the realm of the possible.”
